Client: Widget Financial Location: 4268 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510 Size: 9,100 Square Feet + 1,120 Square Feet Canopy Completed: October 2007 Statement: Mr. Trott was not "Architect of Record" but designed and managed this project while a Partner at Thomas J. Freeman Architect PC. Narrative: The site plan developed the narrow site to provide a two-story facility, 9,100 square feet (4,000 square feet per floor + partial basement) nestled between two separate parking areas. The building envelope was designed to provide lots of daylight on both floors.
