In addition to an extensive traditional trust services background, he has significant experience in wealth management, the bank brokerage environment as well as several years as a registered investment advisor.

Our close relationships with our Clients, a multitude of Bank Executives, which we have built over the last 30 years of recruiting experience in the financial services industry and our understanding of their plans and objectives provides a unique opportunity for us to identify Banks with an interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and facilitate the transaction. Robert G. Cotitta, Director of Bank Mergers & Acquisitions, has over thirty years of experience in the Banking industry, in an ownership and management position, and has multiple personal experiences with the M&A process.

Working with an accomplished and talented banker with a total of ten years of lending experience with three of those years working in a management capacity. He is a proven producer and leader! This candidate is fairly open to location while focusing on the following states: TX, OK, KS and AR with a base salary of $95,000.

Almost 30 years of experience in middle market commercial lending and has heavy ag lending experience earlier in his career. Currently is a middle market team leader and is looking for a senior loan officer mentorship role in a mid-sized community bank group in the western part of the US over commercial or ag lending. Would like an opportunity with a base salary of $130,000.

We have the ability, directly or indirectly, to provide all of the support services required to facilitate your transaction. Our many years of experience in dealing with Bank Executives has made us keenly aware of 'confidentiality' issues in discussions of this nature.
