He also has served a variety of leadership roles in hospital and physician organizations. His business management responsibilities have included serving as CEO for two successful startup companies, including AdapCS, Inc., and as a senior manager for a large multinational corporation. Dr.

Ms. Cummins is a data and business management specialist with over 15 years' experience in Six Sigma-based process improvement, software design and development, healthcare data, database design and development, and project management. Prior to joining AdapCS, Ms. Cummins served in several roles in the healthcare-related business unit of a large multi-national corporation, where she worked in product management, quality, data operations, performance improvement, and software development.
