Description

Todd is a partner and co-founder of Adaptive. He has personally led business-wide improvement efforts for many types of products and services, from standard, off-the-shelf “widgets”, to complex, made-to-order product lines. During which, he has developed and executed strategies for driving improvements across critical functions including production, aftermarket services, sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, human resources, and finance. He backs up his diverse continuous improvement background with significant business and leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance; having held positions of increasing responsibility as officer in the US Navy’s nuclear submarine force, Fortune 500 companies, and smaller, privately held environments. Todd holds an MBA in finance and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University as well as a B.S. degree in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He was certified as a nuclear engineer by the Department of Energy. Todd is also a GE certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
