Eligible returns within 15 days from order date may be for refund, exchange or credit at the Adaptive Living Store’s discretion. If your return product is eligible for return or exchange, we will post a credit to your account or issue a refund or exchange after the product has been received in its original unopened package, inspected and deemed resalable at its original price. Please Note: Each return is credited in the same manner as payment.
