In 1995, Phil and Cindy Dellegrazio started ATR with the goal of meeting the needs of people with disabilities through adaptive technology. Having had years of experience in the optical industry, Phil decided to integrate his commitment to customer satisfaction with quality products and services to provide a solution for those with varying capabilities. As President of ATR, Cindy Dellegrazio brings with her experience in project management and social services.

Desktop, Notebook and Netbook systems for those needing portability Within each of the above groups, special considerations are made for necessary accommodations that an individual client may require. Clients receive computer systems pre-loaded and tested for compatibility between adaptive and conventional software, operating system, and peripheral devices along with the most current Windows, anti-virus, and software upgrades. In addition to manufacturer warranties, ATR also provides initial telephone support for computer systems purchased from us.
