Address N' Mail was founded in 1983 and became a privately owned Florida corporation in 1995. Our 10,000 square foot facility is dedicated strictly to mail processing. The owner is currently a member of the Postal Customer Council, Melbourne Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years, and Better Business Bureau.

In order to handle electronic data processing requirements for a mail service house, Address N' Mail has set-up a sophisticated system to handle all our customer requirements. This includes ability to handle secure electronic data transfer from our customers, list cleansing, merge and purge, National Change of Address, mail merge, invoice production, and much more.

In order to bulk mail to your customers, their names and addresses must be set up in a usable electronic format. The Microsoft Excel ® spreadsheet, Access ® database or equivalent products are ideal for such files on a personal computer.
