At the helm of Adino, Inc is Valarie Lott, President and CEO. After seven years as a Sr. Recruiter; Sr. Temporary Placement Specialist and Human Resources professional, Valarie recognized that there was a need in the industry to provide talented resources to fill temporary and permanent administrative and IT positions. With seven years of administrative staffing experience Valarie knew she was capable of supporting administrative staffing opportunities; however, she lacked the technical aptitude that would be required to support the more demanding IT disciplines. To fill the technology void Valarie enlisted the services of Christian Lott to serve as Vice-President of Technology. Christian brings over fifteen years of industry experience in various IT disciplines, including telecommunications; and networking. Christian oversees all IT technologies initiatives and under his direction and leadership, Adino has provided IT consulting and IT project based support to numerous Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. In the short time that Christian has led the technology division, Adino has established strategic alliances with some of the foremost technology and telecommunication firms in the nation. Adino separates itself from its competitors by providing a seamless; comprehensive; customer service approach to providing IT consulting and IT technical services and project solutions.
