Founded by Pradeep Singh, Aditi has fought, lost, survived and won many technology shifts. Yet, we have stayed true to our core ambition of shipping great code. As a pioneer in product engineering services, we helped some of the world’s leading Independent Software Vendors (ISV) ship innovation. In the process, we learnt the art of shipping complex systems and the importance of User Experience Design. Our product development skills helped us establish a niche beyond the ISV space, in the digital sphere, as a partner of choice for modern enterprise application development.

About Pradeep Rathinam Pradeep Rathinam, CEO at Aditi Technologies, brings more than 20 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, serving in executive leadership, sales and marketing roles at Microsoft, Lotus and Unisys. Pradeep has orchestrated multimillion dollar contracts, implemented innovative sales strategies and turned under-performing business units around. He is actively involved with the software community in Seattle and has been on the Board of the Washington Software Association (“WSA”).

Sunil is the VP for strategic accounts and digital experience practice at Aditi. He has over 20 years of experience in scripting the growth stories of companies. Specifically at Aditi, Sunil has been instrumental in optimizing and sustaining the business development function. In his capacity as the head of digital practice, he helps organization transform their customer experience and building a USP through design and technology. Sunil is an avid travel photographer and a history buff.

Ravi is the Director – Process Excellence for Aditi and has 18 years of experience in the IT Industry. Ravi leads the delivery process excellence and Agile transformation groups at Aditi. Ravi started his career with Caterpillar Inc. as a consultant and over the years moved onto Delivery Leadership roles with a primary focus around Lean and Agile methodologies. Prior to Aditi, Ravi was with IBM India for 10 years and was most recently playing the role of the Competency Leader for Web Application and Agile engagements.
