At Advance Machine Technologies, Inc., we have been providing machining and turning services to businesses in and around central Iowa since 1959. Located just north of Des Moines in Johnston, Iowa, we strive to be the most professional, accurate, and on-time CNC shop around. Advance Machine & Tool Company was founded in 1959 by Darrel Kellog of Des Moines, Iowa. In 1967, Mr. Harold Sutherwick, a retiring Chief Engineer of DentalEze Manufacturing and the first Mayor of the City of Johnston, purchased the company and moved it to its first location in Johnston, Iowa.
