Description
T herm-O-Disc offers a variety of packaging options for MICROTEMP® Thermal Cutoffs. The popular G4APO2 surface mount package, shown in figure 8, consists of a G4 Series thermal cutoff with spade terminals potted into an electronically insulated case. This special package enables accurate sensing of ambient and surface temperatures. The G4AP or G5AP can be easily replaced in the field without disturbing the rest of the circuit.
