IPSA , a developer of software for the extraction of information contained in documents and conversations, has acquired 100% of the puertorican based Advanced Computer Technology (ACT), a leading system integration, training and processes outsourcing business in Puerto Rico. The constant bet of IPSA in research and development, is seen directly in the near 11% of its income to R&D. This has allowed the development of technological solutions out of which 80% are exported to the international market.
