Description

When I was a young, wet-behind-the-ears dentist, I believed that everyone should come to me for their dental work – I think every new dentist feels that way. My philosophy was: “Come one, come all.” My practice grew and grew and grew and while I still practiced dentistry every day, I was getting bogged down in administrative minutiae that took me away from what attracted me to dentistry in the first place – the one-on-one time with patients and seeing their lives improve through my efforts and those of my team. As my concept of how to provide dentistry evolved, I found the most meaning in a quote from Bill Cosby in his book, “Fatherhood”.
