Flat feet are a common condition. In infants and toddlers, the longitudinal arch is not developed and flat feet are normal. The arch develops in childhood, and by adulthood, most people have developed normal arches. We specialize in orthotic therapy for all foot and ankle conditions and can get custom orthotics to the patient in as little as 8 days (usually 14 days) after casting of the feet.
