In 1981, Larry Vance and his wife, Rosemary, formed AdVANCEd Heat Pump Systems, Inc. Starting with 6 Dedicated employees and a commitment to offer and install the highest quality heating and cooling systems available in Northeast Tennessee, the company has grown to over 30 employees. In 1998 Michael Vance was named Executive Vice President. Wanting to be more excessible to their customers in Southwest Virginia, Mr. & Mrs. Vance aquired an existing heating and air conditioning company in Abingdon, VA. in early 1999 and appropriately named it adVANCEd Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Danny Browning is the General Manager of the Abingdon Office.
