Advanced Hygiene Concepts, Inc. was formed by Linda O'Grady and Valerie Williams in 1990. The partnership has grown to include many dedicated associates who assist with training and followup. Their unique team approach combines the clinical expertise of a registered dental hygienist with the front-line, front office experience of an administrative specialist. This combination allows Advanced Hygiene Concepts to customize programs for many office types, balancing the needs of doctor, hygienists, clinical assistants, administrative teams, and patients. Their team approach results in a unified treatment philosophy, supported by consistent systems and verbal skills throughout the office. Advanced Hygiene Concepts is a member of the Crown Council, MasterPlan Alliance, and is on the Advisory Board for the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
