Description
A There are several good reasons for registering your Claymount Americas product. First, it enables us to contact you more quickly if a manufacturing defect is discovered. Since most of our products are distributed or incorporated by other manufacturers, we don't always know who the end user is and have to trace back through other equipment manufacturers to locate the equipment in question. The second reason - the more important one - is that we need feedback from installers and users in order to improve our products and services.
Continuing its trend of healthy growth, Claymount acquired Advanced Instrument Development, Inc. (AID) in January 2013. Since 1969, AID has developed an enviable reputation among OEMs for the quality of its x-ray subsystems and component products. Today, AID is the world's largest independent manufacturer of ionization chambers for diagnostic medical x-ray systems. The Expos-AID TM ionization chambers are used as original equipment by almost every North American equipment manufacturer as well as many others around the world.
A We provide several ways to register. A warranty registration card is enclosed with each product. When properly folded, all it needs is a stamp for mailing. Alternatively, the registration card can be faxed to us at the number on the card. The third way to register (available soon) is right here on our web site. We want to make registering as easy as possible because we appreciate and value your feedback on our equipment.
High Speed Rotor Controllers have been an industry standard for more than a quarter of a century. They have been incorporated into systems by major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) as standard equipment for many years. Our current offerings include heavy-duty models (HD-Series) for large CT and Angiographic tubes as well as models (RC-Series) for general-purpose use.
If any defect in material or workmanship appears within the period of time specified above, the Purchaser shall notify Claymount Americas Corporation immediately and Claymount Americas Corporation shall thereupon correct the defect by repairing the defective part or product, or by supplying a replacement at Claymount Americas Corporation's expense, if Claymount Americas Corporation finds the part or product was defective.
