Description
We provide a wide variety of services to our clients. We specialize in using experience with thousands of different motors and applications to provide unmatched perspective and capability.
Co-simulation is a key component to creating a succesful product. We include specifications such as manufacturing cost and power requirements in every design to provide our customers with the best product we can offer. Advanced MotorTech is dedicated to building strong relationships by providing services tailored to our clients needs.
Here at Advanced MotorTech we pride ourselves in building quality, high value motors, generators, alternators and magnetic components (generically: 'electric machines') suitable for its application. We design, or help you design, state-of-the-art electric machines that are built to operate at top performance, while meeting or exceeding specified requirements. Every aspect of the electric machine is understood and designed to rigorous expectations by our experienced engineering team.
Whatever yor needs are, Advanced MotorTech can bring your design from development into a working prototype ready for testing in one of our many customized testing solutions. We specialize in utilizing several years of experience from our engineers to develop effective prototypes. By communicating readily with our clients we are able to customize the final product so that the magnetic machine will be able to function at or beyond expectations. The 3D model analysis that is done in the motor design process will be tested using the prototype to fine tune and make any final adjustments.
This How-To course addresses the key state-of-the-art application-oriented design issues for BLDC & IPM machines. We use basic motor principles and years of experience to increase understanding of designing permanent magnets into any BLDC or IPM machine design. Academic theory will be reduced to practical results with calculation ‘how-to’, taking manufacturing constraints into account.
