Advanced Plastic Systems is a privately held thermoplastic injection molder, adding value to every project through knowledge, experience, and quality assurance. From our modern, automated, 23,000 Sq. Ft. plant in Gahanna, Ohio, we operate twelve high precision molding presses, ranging in size from 55 to 440 tons clamping capacity. All machines are computerized to minimize process variation and to interface with auxiliary equipment. We operate 3 shifts a day 5 days per week. Technological support services on our automated and computerized auxiliary equipment are performed in-house. Emphasis on quality assurance and economy through automation and robotics are only two reasons our company is successful, profitable, and has experienced a continuous growth trend over the last several years. Our workforce is proud to receive excellent yearly reviews from our valued customers on a regular basis. This also gives us an opportunity to review all areas of service.
