Advanced Premises Systems, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Gus Cueto. Gus is a licensed professional engineer with more than twenty five years of experience in the industry. He began his professional career in the industrial automation field and designed control systems for large manufacturing facilities.

"Unfortunately, before I knew Advanced Premises, I hired a supposedly reputable company to work on my home electronics and automation. This company had been in business for over 10 years but gouged me on pricing, conducted their business in a very non-transparent, haphazard manner and failed miserably in their implementation. Rather than have the original vendor finish my job and provide me with a less than satisfactory system, I invited Advanced Premises to bid on completing my project.

And we have been steadily building our business on solid products, courtesy and the utmost professionalism. At Advanced Premises Systems, we sincerely believe that quality begins by listening to our customers.
