Advanced Projects, Inc. (API) was formed to enable you to increasingly satisfy all project stakeholders, internal and external to your organization. (API) leads the field deploying Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) in government and industry. API focused on CCPM after the introduction of critical chain scheduling in the mid-1990s. CCPM, defined in API president Lawrence Leach's book Critical Chain Project Management, combines critical chain scheduling with other essential project management tools as defined by the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide.) API provides the only CCPM seminar delivered through the PMI's PM Seminar series. API is currently assisting the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard, and many commercial clients, deploying CCPM. API's deployment experience extends to cultures around the globe. Associates from around the world contribute to API.
