Description

When negotiating a management contract with the owners, the property must be in acceptable condition, and the owners must agree to allow us to maintain the property in acceptable condition during the time the property is managed by Advanced Realty Management. Your benefits when having Advanced Realty manage your property include: 1. Advertise rental property in newspaper. 2. Advertise your rental property on our website. 3. Place "For Rent" sign on property. 4. Showing of property to prospective tenants. 5. Approve or disapprove prospective tenants by verifying employment, references, and one or more of the following: rental history, criminal background check, rating received from credit bureaus. 6. Complete all necessary move-in documents 7. Receive and process all rent monies 8. File eviction notices with proper agencies in a timely manner 9. Receive all repair calls and dispatch appropriate vendors to property 10. Keep accurate accounting of property and send out monthly and year-end statements with copies of all invoices 11.
