Advanced Services began operation in the spring of 1986. The founder of Advanced Services was lifelong Augustan and former Annis Pest Control employee Frank Damiano. In September 1986 Jeff Annis joined Frank as a full time associate. In 1987, Jeff Annis purchased half of the company and became co-owner. By the end of 1988 Advanced had five full time associates and a small office in National Hills Office Park. In April 1998 Frank Damiano sold his remaining stock to Jeff Annis and he left the company.
