To the extent that we provide technical assistance and support for Third Party Software or equipment, you must ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions under which you licensed such Third Party Software or purchased such equipment. We make no warranty that we are an authorized service provider for Third Party Software or for any equipment; it is your sole responsibility to determine if you require additional rights for us to provide such support, and if so, to acquire such rights.

October 22, 2012 - called for computer service. Thanks for putting my mind at ease regarding the problem(s) the company who "supposedly" was taking care of my computer. It is my desire to stay with your company for years to come. Your employee, Randy Suarez in particular, was very professional, patient, and spoke only positive things about the company. He stressed that the company as a "concerned" entity, seriously "take care of its clients/customers". Randy took the time to put my doubts at ease and I am thankful.

We also work with our customers to protect their computers and their personal information from today’s increasing cyber threats.

Customer Satisfaction: We are immediately hiring satisfaction and sales professionals to work in our Customer Satisfaction Department. We are looking for phone reps that are not shy about pro-actively contacting our customers after our work has been completed to make sure they are happy and are using all of the services that we offer. Upselling and cross selling existing customers while ensuring they are happy with their existing services is the core of this position. This position pays a base plus commission.

Advanced Tech Support’s services are delivered on an integrated delivery platform, which allows us to support your computer(s) remotely. The services we provide may not be successful because the problem you are experiencing may be beyond our ability to resolve remotely or and/or may be due to an irreparable software and/or hardware issue. If for any reason you are not wholly satisfied with the service, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to you satisfaction.
