We never realized how important an expert computer consultant would be until one of our systems had a software issue. When we sent it with our computer consultant at the time, he had brought it back and had told us that we now have a hard drive issue and that there is nothing that he could do for us. That is how our company and Advanced Tech became partners. Jason came over from Advanced Tech the next day after our initial call to the office; he had picked up the system and had assured us that he would be able to get the vital information needed to run our company off of the system. Another issue that we had discussed with Jason at the time was the fact that that system had been down for over two weeks he also assured us that he would have it back up in working order in a timely manner. Within 2 days Jason returned to our office with the system and the recovered data intact. Advance Tech thrives on customer service; they are only a phone call away and are there when needed.
