Mike is the Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Tissue. In this role, Mike is primarily responsible for managing the finance and accounting activities for the company. Mike is also responsible for cash management and treasury activities, risk management activities and strategic planning. Mike has over twenty-five years of experience in finance and accounting. He has served in senior level positions for the majority of his career including the past fifteen years in C-level roles.

With over 30 years of experience in sales and customer service, David Brewer’s customers have learned to depend on him. As an Account Manager, David enjoys telling clinics about how Advanced Tissue can help improve their patient’s health by providing advanced wound dressings while improving patient compliance. David has been married for 29 years, has 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He enjoys travel, history, and spending quality time with family.

Advanced Tissue was founded by Kevin and Sharon Lamb in 2000. Kevin serves as the CEO of the company. Kevin is the company’s visionary and is responsible for formulating the direction and values of Advanced Tissue while leading senior management in the implementation of the communicated ideals for the company. Kevin is a skilled entrepreneur, starting and operating businesses in healthcare ranging from provider services to home infusion pharmacy and FDA regulated packaging focusing on pain management, and has over thirty years experience in the medical industry field.

Susan has been the Human Resources Director for Advanced Tissue since 2007. She has the overall responsibility for employee recruitment and selection, orientation and training, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and the development of policies and procedures. As a member of the senior management team, Susan has developed and implemented HR initiatives and processes. With over fifteen years of experience in the HR field, Susan has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, and logistics management.
