Our service center is equipped with the latest arsenal of high tech test equipment.like ate,circuit emulators and surface mount solder removal and insertion units allowing to perform a higher quality repair of the pcbs our repair procces includes visual inspection, dvd drive cleaning and alignment and if circuit board repairs are needed we have a ate systems that allow us to repair the pcbs down to the component level .including bga Our proprietary thermal continuity process that we perform on all of our XBOX AND PS3 GPU achieve a significant reduction in operating temperature allowing us to return the unit to our customers in better then new condition . On a small percent of situations that pcbs can not be repaired we can exchange the pcb and hardrive combined or a complete system unit for a new or a reconditioned one for the customers that choose our exchange program all pcbs and systems are cleaned with compress air then bagged in anti static bags and carefully packed and returned shipped back via UPS/FEDERAL EXPRESS/DHL/or/USPS depending on the geographical location of the customer for additional information please call us at 800-741-2490 we are open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday .
