Description

In addition to his financial background, Mike has operations experience as he was general manager and managed all day-to-day functions for a division of privately held Hubbard Milling Company. The division was the second largest manufacturer of private label pet foods in the US, which at the time included 13 direct reports, 500 division employees, and 12 manufacturing facilities. Mike was a member of the management team with responsibility for division strategic planning, capital spending and acquisitions.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She received a four year scholarship on Drake’s Division I Women’s Volleyball team and was voted team captain. Jody has worked for a start-up, Fortune 500 and one of Minnesota fastest 50 growing companies. Jody’s sales highlights include building over $20 million in new business sales to companies looking to lease finance their technology equipment. She was a Recipient of the “top achievers” award every year in new business sales and earned multiple president club trips. Jody has worked with C-level executives from companies ranging from 50 million to a couple billion dollars in revenue. Her experience brings expertise from technology, finance and services sales.
