Scott has a positive, long-standing working rapport with the rail industry; developing this type of connection by years of dedicated effort to meet their every need. Scott is responsible for the management and coordination of railroad operations, working with railroads throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Illinois and Texas. He is an alumnae of the University of Oklahoma with over 19 years experience in the industry.

AWS provides the installation and maintenance of temporary traffic control devices in construction work zones. In addition, we provide preparation of traffic control plans based on applicable federal, state, and/or local standards and specifications.
