Description

Sam has been established in the field of Civil Engineer for 34 years. He also owns and operates Advantage Home & Environment Inspections, Inc., established in 1995. He has been an ASHI, American Society of Home Inspectors Member since 1996. He is also the first and present President of the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors, WVAHI (Check out WVAHI.org). Sam is a Licensed & Registered Professional Engineer in the States of West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia and has a Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. Sam has become a nationally recognized Speaker on “Residential Foundation and Structure Failures, Recognition, Causes, and Cures” speaking at the most recent ‘World of Concrete Seminar” in Las Vegas; at the past two seminars for ASHI & Inspection Training Associates, ITA, a national Home Inspector training firm; National Home Inspection Franchises and other National Home Inspector Associations.
