Tom Monson is the national director of Crime Prevention Resources and its parent company Advantage Source. He developed and published the Community Watch Administration Manual and the Community Watch Administration System. Mr. Monson has been instrumental in the design and implementation of Community Watch Programs throughout the United States. For over a decade, Mr. Monson has been producing crime and loss prevention materials and programming.
