Maintaining an A- (VII) AM Best rating is essential to our company as certain policyholders and business partners require such a rating. To maintain this rating insurers generally must have adequate reserves to pay claims, charge adequate rates and demonstrate consistent, profitable financial results by disciplined execution of our business strategy.
Nicholas B. Wright joined Advantage in February 2014 and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr Wright has more than 10 year of financial and management experience working with both public and private companies. He began his career at Ernst & Young where he worked as a manager and served a variety of clients in the insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and technology industries. Mr. Wright has also worked as a Senior Audit Manager at Unisys Corporation and most recently as the Senior Compliance Manager at Instructure Incorporated.
