The immediate success of the manager-owned company spurred the group to enter into an agreement to purchase Havertown Printing located in Broomall, PA. This purchase occurred in 1973, and several managers from the Havertown plant participated in the purchase. This merger represented the "coming together" of sheetfed and web offset technology. In 1980, Alcom Printing Group was established as the holding company for Havertown Printing and Lehigh Litho.

Alcom is a full-service provider. We have the expertise and capabilities to meet all of your print and marketing needs at our 120,000 square foot facility, strategically located 35 minutes outside of Philadelphia in Harleysville, PA.

By the second quarter of 2008, Alcom engaged into a partnership with the Direct Marketing Alliance to provide a single source solution for One2One Communications for our clients.
