Mr. McRae earned his B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and a M.B.A. in accounting and finance from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University in 1988. In addition, he has successfully completed a number of continuing education courses sponsored by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the International Association of Assessing Officers.
