Mr. Looney is a graduate Oklahoma City University with a BS in Business Management. Bob is a certified Quality Auditor with the American Society of Quality skilled in process analysis and improvement. He has thousands of hours of commercial flight experience as Check Flight Engineer with Atlas Airlines and World Airways providing both passenger and cargo services. His accomplishments include; having led multiple International Operational Safety Audits, the gold standard of international flight safety audits, leading to carrier IOSA registry.
