Unlike the big box stores that ship their client's computers away to a depot in Arkansas or Tennessee, we provide service directly at our shop for a flat rate. While the "geeks" lure customers in with a low up-front fee, then up the bill for every minor service, we provide a straightforward flat-rate for our clients.

We've been doing this for a long time. Aertight was founded in 2004, but many of our tech's have decades of experience and years of troubleshooting experience. When customers like General Electric has looked for emergency, fast, support, we're the ones who have got the call. Aertight has relationships with the major manufacturers of computer equipment as well as being a Microsoft Certified Partner, CompTia Authorized Service Center, Dell Partner, HP Partner, Intuit Pro Advisor, and VMware Partner.

We provide any and all labor services required to get your computer up and running to your satisfaction. Typically, we provide virus scanning, virus removal, disaster recovery, hard disk recovery, data transfers to new computers, computer cleanups, troubleshooting, power supply problems, display problems, software errors, etc.

As part of our Flat-Rate, if we determine that your computer's issues may involve a manufacturers "parts warranty claim", we will work with that manufacturer on your claim. The manufacturers will typically require their own diagnosis after our technicians have completed theirs and will usually dispatch one of their technicians to our offices to facilitate the claim. There are no additional service charges from Aertight, and manufacturer's typically do not charge service fees with warranty claims (although we cannot guarantee this).

Aertight's core service is providing quality Computer Service and Network Support to business clients. We support Microsoft, Linux, and Unix based operating systems as well as line of business applications.
