Aethercomm designs and manufactures high power RF amplifiers , subsystems and systems for use in radar, electronic warfare, communication systems, test and measurement and any other system that requires high power in a robust and compact package. Our company is over ten years old and we are located in Carlsbad, CA in San Diego County. Over the last eleven years we have shipped over 125,000 RF amplifiers to our customers. Most of our products are combat proven and operate in the harshest terrestrial environments.

Celeris Systems has in-depth experience successfully applying engineering and program management principles across a broad spectrum of the US Government and Department of Defense (DoD). We serve our customers by providing mentoring/training and engineering and project management outsourcing solutions.

Aethercomm designs and manufactures many high power RF amplifiers with integral receive functions to include TR switches, low noise amplifiers (LNA) and filtering, limiters and other Rx functions as required. We call this type of hardware transmit-receive (TR) modules or sub-systems. These types of products incorporate more functionality than just a power amplifier. Often there up and down conversions with digital control. These RF modules are employed on fighter aircraft, attack aircraft, UAV's, ground vehicles and ships.

Aethercomm has a history of providing exceptional services in the Electronic Warfare (EW) and Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) arena for more than 12 years. Aethercomm has a staff with broad range of engineering and information technology experience. Disciplines represented are System Engineering, Signal Processing, High Power RF design, Analog & Digital Design, Computer Science and Sustainment.
