NetExchange Client is the Internet trading facility provided by BOSC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BOK Financial Corporation. BOK Financial Corporation is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and operates banks and related financial services businesses throughout the Southwest. BOSC offers NetExchange Client through a relationship with Pershing, a division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). DLJ is a pioneer of online investing and began offering such services to investors in 1988.

NetExchange Client service was established for BOSC clients in July of 1999 to provide high quality online investment services and securities trading via the Internet.
