With nearly 35 years of retail banking and mortgage lending experience, Michael Kincade brings a wealth of knowledge and client focus to our team. Having begun his banking career with Home Federal Saving and Loan of San Diego, Michael has tremendous and far-reaching experience having worked with a number of financial institutions including GMAC Mortgage, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as well as CalFed/First Nationwide.

With over 30 years of experience in banking, Pat brings a tremendous background to the Affinity team. She has been a leader in a number of banking operations positions as well as in lending. Further, Pat brings with her strong underwriting and analysis capabilities. Customer-focused, with an eye toward excellence, Pat has also developed a number of training and sales programs designed to develop educated and motivated leaders who achieve company priorities including aggressive sales with high credit quality origination.
