Founded in 1999 and with offices in Denver, Kansas City, and Annapolis MD, Affinity Resources' clients hail from 13 different states. They include private schools, associations, foundations, social service organizations, nature and environmental groups, adoption agencies, religious institutions and companies that support the nonprofit sector.

For a single annual fee Affinity Resources provides 50 state (and DC) registration services including preparation of all documents, initial filings, annual renewal of registrations and annual reports. If you are not required to file in all states, we provide service for a flat, state-by-state fee. State filing fees and additional expenses are not included.

To support relationships we provide Affinity Resources ® to not-for-profit organizations that will help you enhance, expand, and fulfill your mission. Let fundraising be a secondary concern.
