Davitta is currently the Conferences and Meetings Director for Affirma, overseeing several Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) logistical support contracts. She has over 15 years of professional logistics and conference management experience and her skills include meeting planning and implementation; staff supervision and training; and negotiating hotel and travel contracts.

Under the same contract we provide support to the National Center on Health Statistics (NCHS) Board of Scientific Counselors. This advisory committee meets four times per year and has review panels. We produce Section 508 compliant text and Adobe Acrobat presentations for their website.

Oscar has over 25 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. He has worked extensively with mental health consumers, service providers and other stakeholders. Oscar has been Commissioner for the Maryland State Department of Mental Health, where he oversaw the State Mental Health Advisory and Planning Councils. After leaving the state agency in 2002, he was a consultant with the National Association of Mental Health Planning and Advisory Councils (NAMHPAC). Oscar is Co-Founder and Past President of the National Leadership Council for African American Behavioral Health.
