Stewart Weinstein, VP of Proposal Management - Mr. Weinstein has held Executive Business Development, Engineering, and Program Management positions within Honeywell International Corporation, L-3 Communications Corporation, and BAE Systems. In these capacities, he has accumulated over 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defense arenas. He has headed large engineering teams involved in the Capture Management, Engineering Development, and Program Management for Programs of National Significance.

Pete Dubas, Sr. VP of Program Management – Mr. Dubas headed the Mechanical Engineering department and Environmental Test labs at Honeywell International Corporation and L-3 Communications. He has 35 years of experience in leadership to Engineers conducting Mechanical Design, Thermal Design and Analysis, Environmental Testing, ECAD (Electronic Computer Aided Design), MCAD (Mechanical Computer Aided Design) , and Configuration Management.

Affordable Engineering Services, LLC (AES) , furnishes premier engineering service to the DoD, Aerospace and Maritime communities in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our ongoing mission is to provide the highest level of engineering support to our customers to ensure that our Warfighters are provided with the best and most reliable equipment needed to carry out their missions around the world. To this end, we are committed to maintaining our position at the forefront of Engineering Services, Depot Level Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul.

In an environment in which we have consistently doubled our sales every year for the past four years, a greater challenge is placed on the AES Senior Management team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while remaining cost competitive. To meet this challenge we conduct monthly program management reviews chaired by the AES President and supported by his senior staff.
