Ira Dorf has more than 30 years of experience in all phases and facets of Human Resource Management, including executive staffing, compensation and benefits, management development, succession planning, employee relations, executive coaching and counseling, and organizational structuring and development. In addition, he has functioned as member of senior executive teams for more than 15 years.

Steve is the Vice President of Engineering at AfterCollege . Steve joined AfterCollege in April 2006 as a director tasked with reinventing the technical operations of AfterCollege.Com. Later on, his responsibilities expanded to include leadership in engineering and organizing software architecture upgrades for AfterCollege products and services. Today he is responsible for staffing the engineering team with top talent and oversees all software development and technical operations at AfterCollege.
