Agave Homes LLC was started by Terry Borror, a Tucson native with over 34 years of experience in custom home building and construction. Growing up in Tucson, Terry has developed a true appreciation for the desert and its surrounding beauty. He has developed a unique ability to blend creative design into desert scenery with minimal impact. Terry’s approach was to bring his considerable experience and partner it with his desire to provide an owner oriented customer service model. The result has continually produced beautiful homes and satisfied home owners just like you.

This phase also determines a very crucial piece of the design process: the plans. Architectural plans greatly affect the overal budget you might be working with. Custom designs are always the pinnacle of quality and individual choice. Nothing makes a bigger impact than a completely custom and personalized home. However in cases where amenities may outweigh the need for a completely custom design, an existing plan can be used and even slightly customized to meet your needs.
