Aggressive Tooling's design department has over 75 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of simple parts to complex machines that require a blend of technologies. Many of our machines are highly engineered involving complex component geometries, sophisticated data collection, custom controls systems, or unique functional requirements. We are currently working with the latest 3D Solidworks software and have experience in most mainstream design software including Autodesk Inventor, Mechanical Desktop, Unigraphics, and Pro Engineering. We can import your data from any of the following software packages: Catia, Unigraphics, SDRC, and Ideas. We will design the product with your exact specifications or you can utilize the immense experience of our staff.

We can construct simple Gauges for manually checking the tolerance of a part to complicated automated Leak Test fixtures. We have also combined options for quality testing by blending several processes into a single machine. To ensure quality Aggressive Tooling, Inc. also possesses a coordinate measuring machine calibrated yearly with an OEM specialist.
