AgileDigm, Inc. is a woman-owned, veteran-owned, independent provider of process improvement and management consulting services for domestic United States and international clients. AgileDigm teaches process and methodology related classes and participates as lead appraisers and independent members of appraisal teams performing maturity level assessments for organizations. Our work also includes providing training in and performing process improvement activities. As part of this effort, AgileDigm establishes an organizational infrastructure capable of planning and implementing process improvement initiatives. This structure includes establishing Engineering Process Groups (EPGs), Process Action Teams (PATs), and Steering Committees, as well as facilitating EPG workshops and PAT meetings. Our tasks also involve instituting an organizational reporting structure, defining primary process areas on which to focus improvement activities, prioritizing tasks associated with those activities, developing Action Plans, and monitoring all activities in accordance with the Action Plans. We also serve as appraisal leaders when establishing and conducting appraisals on organizations for the purpose of generating a maturity level, defining an organizational baseline, and initiating and validating process improvement activities.
