Aging Solutions, Inc, The Office of the Public Guardian, was established to provide guardianship and advocacy for individuals that have been legally adjudicated incapacitated. The individuals that are rendered without an advocate, those who either have no family, or individuals whose family members are unable to serve as their guardian are considered for services by Aging Solutions, Inc. We provide services throughout central Florida to individuals with developmental disabilities, frail elderly, Veterans, those who suffer from chronic mental illness, and those who suffer from progressive cognitive loss due to dementia or other neurological disorders, and traumatic brain injuries. The Office of Public Guardian is held to a high standard of accountability. Detailed reports of the person and accountings of the estate must be filed not only with the local circuit courts but also to The Department of Elder Affairs. Aging Solutions, Inc also undergoes an independent audit annually. Aging Solutions, Inc is committed to ensuring that those we serve receive appropriate care, protection and services in the least restrictive manner possible.

We are a campaign to benefit the Office of the Public Guardian, Aging Solutions, Inc. Due to budget reductions, hundreds of disabled adults and frail elders are at risk! Aging Solutions, Inc. manages and supports these vulnerable adults by providing legal guardianship services. These disabled adults and frail elders are in need of public guardianship to support and manage their healthcare, financial and personal needs, as they are unable to do so on their own behalf. There are hundreds of vulnerable adults on a waiting list in need of representation. These are our elders and deserve our attention and respect....Not to be forgotten citizens. The 2011 "Steppin' ForWard' event will be held May 7 at America's Oldest Brewery, Yuengling The event with a silent auction and Funky Hat contest begins at 4pm and goes til 8pm with food and libations being served. Tickets are available for a donation of $20 in advance and $25 at the door. We are always actively seeking philanthropic organizations or individuals who are willing to be partners by a donation of $10,000.00 or more.
