Paul has several years experience in the software industry particularly in sales, strategic planning and business development. His focus has been on companies developing web based field service, e-commerce and business process applications. Prior to co-founding Agular Systems, Paul was responsible for developing North American marketing channels for PointServe; a field service, scheduling and distribution solution provider. Before PointServe, Paul implemented process analysis, performance measurement, and executive information systems for the Walt Disney Company.

Various members of Agular's management team have worked together professionally for more than ten years. Agular Systems Incorporated was created to develop affordable, and easy to use web based document management solutions. Agular derives its name from two words: agile and modular.
