Highlighting the regional cuisine of James Beard Award-Winning Chef, Janos Wilder, Kai features a menu rich in creativity, history and Native American culture. The menu is focused on ingredients farmed on the Gila River Indian Reservation and native seeds from the local area. The Kai Bread Bar features authentic artisan breads and light appetizers freshly made in our display cooking area. Kai's signature cocktail list is a great way to wind down the day or get the evening started. The Kai Wine Room is a private dining room for up to fifteen people in a working cellar environment. The wine list is one of the best in the Phoenix area offering selections from all over the world. Kai is open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner only.
