Founded in 1964, the American Institute For Foreign Study (AIFS) has more than 45 years of experience in organizing study abroad programs. We have helped more than one million participants realize their dream of international education and cultural exchange.

The AIFS Foundation’s Academic Year in America (AYA) program is one of the most respected high school exchange programs in the U.S. for over 30 years. AYA has community representatives, Local Coordinators, throughout the US who assist the program with family recruitment and student management. The Field Staff Recruitment Coordinator will assist with recruiting, screening and selecting qualified candidates. This role will work with survey tools and databases to assess and track the recruitment process.

Founded in 2003, The National Society for the Gifted & Talented™ is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization created to provide resources and support to gifted and talented children and youth.
